Luxury Presence, a US-based provider of websites and marketing technology for residential real estate professionals, has launched a platform combining AI-assisted client management with listing advertising, social media and homeowner reports.
Its new CRM examines an agent’s existing contacts for signs that someone may be preparing to buy or sell a property. The product became generally available after entering beta earlier in 2026.
The launch also makes Social Media Management, Listing Ads and Homeowner Reports generally available. The platform incorporates Luxury Presence’s website, advertising and property-search products.
AI CRM prioritises contacts for agents
The CRM draws on communication history, website activity, property records and life events. Luxury Presence said it also considers job changes and changes in a contact’s financial readiness to flag possible buying or selling opportunities.
Contact records are matched against a proprietary database covering more than 280 million Americans.
Each morning, agents receive a prioritised contact list with the reason for each recommendation and a suggested follow-up. The system can also prepare emails, text messages and call prompts.
Listing ads and social posts join the platform
The Social Media Management service creates posts and Reels for Instagram and Facebook using an agent’s property photographs and brand profile. Agents review and approve each item before publication. Presence AI can then make requested edits.
Listing Ads promote properties selected by the agent when they go live. Luxury Presence manages the creative work, audience targeting and budget, with Presence AI used to generate and optimise campaigns.
Each campaign produces a branded performance report that the agent can share with the seller. Luxury Presence said it does not charge a management fee on top of the advertising spend.
Homeowner Reports give agents a way to remain in contact after a sale. Each past client receives a branded dashboard on the agent’s domain showing the property’s value, equity and local market activity.
Clients receive an updated report each month. The dashboard alerts the agent when a former client shows renewed activity and indicates when to follow up.
Luxury Presence said its platform processes more than 700 million interactions and 15 billion data points annually. This data informs Presence AI.
A team of more than 500 designers, developers, SEO specialists, social media managers and marketing strategists works behind the platform. The company said these specialists help adjust its AI to an agent’s voice and market, while some service plans include direct support from the team.
$37 million financing supported CRM development
Luxury Presence announced $37m in new capital in January 2026. This comprised a $22m Series C equity investment led by venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners and a $15m debt facility from US bank J.P. Morgan.
The financing was allocated to the CRM launch, the platform’s data and intelligence capabilities and further development of Presence AI. It took the company’s total capital raised to $89m.
Luxury Presence reported annual recurring revenue growth of more than 110% since its previous financing in 2023. It now serves more than 87,000 agents across 18,000 real estate businesses and brands. The company said the platform supports more than $450bn in annual transaction volume.
Luxury Presence also said its customers grow six times faster and complete nearly three times more transaction volume than comparable agents in the same markets.
