At Villa dell’Arte, residents will encounter the project’s art concept before reaching their homes. A tree enclosed in glass will anchor the lobby, while a red bear sculpture will stand above the rooftop pool. Outside, rounded terraces project from the building, with private pools set alongside selected homes.
Mr. Eight Development, a Dubai-based residential developer, plans 64 semi-furnished apartments and duplexes near the marina on Dubai Islands. The one- to four-bedroom homes range from 645 to 4,058 sq ft, with prices starting at AED 1.87 million.
Homes arranged above two club levels
Eight residential floors will sit above a ground floor and two club levels. The exterior design sets broad, curved balcony edges against tall glazed openings. Below the residential floors, a long oval opening and vertical screening distinguish the building’s base.
One-bedroom apartments on the club levels will have private balconies. The floors above will contain larger homes and duplexes, with double-height ceilings in the four-bedroom duplexes. Selected residences will open onto terraces with private pools, planting and outdoor seating. The club facilities will also include pools and a children’s playground.

Art from the entrance to the rooftop
Three lounge areas will surround the lobby’s central tree. Glass partitions, pale finishes and contemporary art appear in the interior design, while a coffee bar will share the space with furniture specified from Minotti and USM.
At ground level, the building will have a fitness and spa studio, drop-off area and valet parking. The studio will accommodate Pilates, cardio and stretching, with saunas in the changing rooms.
Upstairs, the rooftop will bring together an infinity pool, sun deck, open-air cinema and barbecue area alongside the bear sculpture.
Resident services on Dubai Islands
Villa dell’Arte will be pet-friendly. Common-area housekeeping, bellboy and valet services are included in the service charge, along with 24-hour security. Cleaning inside homes, laundry and chauffeur services will be available for an additional fee.
Residents will also be able to book trips aboard a Riva 38 Rivamare motorboat with a captain. Chauffeured golf carts are planned to connect Mr. Eight’s residences across the island. Both are listed among the additional paid services.
BJORG Construction is named as the building contractor. Mr. Eight reports that mobilisation is in progress and is targeting handover in Q4 2027.
