EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater is the first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences from EDITION, a hospitality group recognised for modern design and exclusive service in hotels and residences.

Situated at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Edgewater district, the 55-story tower rises 649ft along more than 800 linear feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. The project delivers 185 bespoke residences within a sleek glass prism tower designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge.

The tower also features a 13-level parking garage accommodating 971 cars and a total built area of about 1.2 million square feet. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the development offers expansive terraces and panoramic views of the bay, Miami Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the city skyline.

The official sales centre for the project was launched in March 2023, with launch prices starting at $1.7m.

Location and neighbourhood

Edgewater is positioned between Miami’s cultural and natural landmarks, offering bay islands, parklands, and access to the city’s vibrant lifestyle. The development benefits from its proximity to the city while providing private, waterfront living.

Notable sales

In May 2024, Formula 1 racer Charles Leclerc announced to have purchased a residence in the EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater tower, highlighting the project’s appeal to high-profile buyers seeking luxury waterfront living.

Residence configurations and interiors

EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater entry

The residences range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom layouts, measuring between 1,922ft2 and 3,864ft2. Three tri-level penthouses include private rooftop pools and gardens. Each home features a private foyer with elevator entry, 10 to 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, custom European-style cabinetry, Italkraft kitchens, and Subzero and Wolf appliances.

Terraces, some up to 10ft deep, extend the living space outdoors, offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, the parklands, and Miami Beach. Interiors by Studio Munge provide open-plan layouts that integrate natural light, serene colour palettes, and luxurious finishes designed for both social and contemplative living.

Architectural design and inspiration

EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater pool lounge

Arquitectonica’s design for EDITION Residences is inspired by Edgewater’s waterfront geography, moonlight reflections, and the region’s sailing culture. The crystalline prism tower features moon-inspired profiles at its corners, including a vertical quarter-moon shape at the north corner. This distinctive form enhances the tower’s visual identity while framing expansive bayfront vistas.

The development encompasses 56 stories and 750,150ft2 of residential space, with upper levels providing a western deck that includes a lap pool and sports fields.

Amenities and lifestyle offerings

Residents have access to nearly 45,000ft2 of amenities that mirror the EDITION hotel experience. At the ground level, a porte cochère leads to landscaped bayfront gardens designed by EDSA. The pool deck and lounge provide outdoor leisure spaces with food and beverage service.

Indoor amenities include a Social Lounge, Library Lounge, Screening Room, Private Dining Room, Entertainment Lounge, and Conference Room on the 8th floor. The 9th floor Wellness Centre hosts a full-service spa, steam room, sauna, and relaxation areas. Adjacent fitness, yoga, and personal training studios cater to active lifestyles, while men’s and women’s lounges provide dressing areas and showers. Six guest suites are available for visiting family and friends.
