Developed by ELIE SAAB and Doğan Group, Ankara Residences is the first branded residential project in Ankara, Türkiye’s capital city.

Located in Çankaya, one of Ankara’s most established districts, the project is in proximity to key commercial, cultural and civic destinations such as Atakule Tower, Panora Mall, Kuzu Effect Mall, and Çankaya Palace.

The surroundings open onto Dikmen Valley, METU Forest, and nearby parks, where the immediate transition from dense urban fabric to green landscape shapes a distinctive green living residential experience.

Architecture shaped by movement and light

The architecture is defined by soft, flowing lines that create a calm and continuous identity. The design avoids sharp contrasts, focusing instead on light, proportion and visual ease.

Vertical brass elements on the façade filter daylight throughout the day, creating subtle shifts across the exterior. A light-toned palette keeps the buildings visually restrained and connected to their surroundings.

Winter gardens extend the living spaces outward, creating semi-open areas that bring light and greenery deeper into the homes, while softening the edge between inside and outside.

Landscape that flows into daily life

The landscape comprises green pockets and planted areas that connect residents to the surrounding valley and forest zones.

This creates a continuous relationship between indoor and outdoor space, where movement through the development feels open and natural.

Interiors guided by ELIE SAAB Maison

Inside, the interiors reflect the ELIE SAAB Maison design language, emphasising comfort, coherence, and refined material quality across shared areas.

These spaces are furnished with pieces from the Maison collection, creating a consistent tone throughout the development. Soft colours, natural textures and smooth transitions between materials establish a calm residential atmosphere, with continuity rather than contrast guiding the interior experience.

Amenities built into everyday life

The amenities are designed to support daily residential living, including landscaped gardens, an indoor swimming pool and spa, a fitness centre, a private screening room, and lobby lounges.

Each space is designed for ease and comfort, unified by a consistent material language that extends across the wider development.

Residences and penthouses defined by material clarity

The residences and penthouses adopt a consistent design approach in which materials and natural light shape the living environment. The project comprises 198 residences across two blocks, with 84 units in one tower and 114 in the other. Typologies include standard and duplex residences, and a signature penthouse, with sizes ranging from 126m² to 521m².

In the penthouses, living areas feature travertine surfaces, neutral tones, and sculptural furniture, with large windows framing city views. Kitchens and dining areas combine stone-effect flooring with bronzed metal details and reflective surfaces, centred on a sculptural island.

The master bedroom is defined by quiet tones, soft finishes, and warm colour transitions, with a textured wall adding depth and natural light shifting the atmosphere throughout the day.

Walk-in wardrobes use bronzed framing and integrated lighting, balancing function and finish. Bathrooms continue the same palette, combining stone and bronze in a restrained composition.

A family room completes the penthouse layout, opening onto terraces and designed for relaxed everyday use.

In the standard residences, living and dining areas are organised around openness and light. Large windows connect interiors with the surrounding landscape, while bedrooms employ fabric-effect wall finishes and stone surfaces. Bathrooms maintain the travertine and bronze palette, and a compact studio space is included for flexible use.

Arrival spaces with a calm tone

The lobby areas are conceived as quiet entry points into the development. Furnished with ELIE SAAB Maison pieces, they carry a soft Mediterranean and Parisian influence while remaining understated in expression.

The lobby lounges extend this atmosphere into shared spaces, offering residents areas for both private moments and informal interaction.

Wellness spaces built around stillness

The indoor pool and spa are set within a calm enclosed environment where water, light and structure interact in a controlled manner. Repeated architectural elements and large glazing introduce rhythm to the space.
