Wynn Al Marjan Island is planning a 98-berth superyacht marina as part of its resort in Ras Al Khaimah, with capacity for vessels up to 85 metres in length.
The marina will occupy a protected circular basin with a radial berth layout, providing a dedicated arrival point for guests reaching the resort by sea.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, which is due to become the UAE’s first integrated resort, said the marina will accommodate more yachts and larger vessels than any hotel-attached marina in the country.

Marina Solutions International (MSI) is designing the marina. IGY Marinas, a Fort Lauderdale-based marina operator, has been engaged by Wynn Resorts to advise on its design and development before opening and to provide management and marketing services afterwards.
Circular basin anchors marina layout

The marina will provide 98 wet berths within a protected circular basin, with the berths arranged radially around the harbour.
It will have a maximum depth of five metres and accommodate superyachts and megayachts up to 85 metres long.
The berth count has changed since IGY Marinas first announced its involvement in July 2025. At the time, IGY said the basin would have 101 berths, also with capacity for yachts up to 85 metres. Wynn’s latest plans specify 98 wet berths.
The harbour will be visible from surrounding accommodation, terraces, restaurants and promenades, connecting the marina with other parts of the resort.
Wynn describes the marina as a direct extension of the wider development rather than a separate berthing facility.
“Guests will move effortlessly between life on the water and experiences throughout the resort, from dining and entertainment to accommodations and waterfront amenities,” said Max Tappeiner, president of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
Capitainerie to handle arrivals and marina operations

A central Capitainerie will serve as the marina’s operational and arrival hub.
Dewan Architects + Engineers, an architecture and engineering practice, is designing the building, which will combine marina operations, guest services, concierge support and services for captains and crews.
Guests arriving by yacht will be able to complete registration onboard before accessing the resort’s accommodation, dining, entertainment, wellness and retail facilities.

Marina services will include berthing coordination, arrival and departure assistance, provisioning support and resort concierge services.
IGY’s role began before the marina’s planned opening. Wynn Resorts appointed the company to provide pre-opening advice on its design and development, followed by management and marketing services after opening.
Ten Marina Estates planned around the harbour
The marina will also form part of the setting for Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Marina and Ocean Estates.
In an earlier announcement detailing its Enclave offering, Wynn said 10 standalone Marina Estates would surround the deep-water marina on a private, guard-gated peninsula.
For resort guests and other visitors, the marina is also planned as a waterfront area with dining and promenade space around the harbour.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is due to open in 2027 on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, around 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.
