A six-bedroom house designed by Woods + Dangaran has been listed for $12m in Hurricane, southern Utah, USA.
Built in 2026, the house measures 8,629ft2 and occupies a 14.78-acre site. It is one of three neighbouring residences at Moccasin Flats, near St George.
Woods + Dangaran, a Los Angeles architecture and interiors practice, worked with property developer Hidden Rock on the project. Landscape architecture practice Ground Studio designed the landscaping.
Zion National Park is approximately 30 minutes away from the property.
Five sections are connected by glass bridges
The house is arranged as five volumes across the mountainous site. Glass bridges connect the separate sections and maintain views of the desert along the internal routes.

A mesa rising approximately 1,200ft stands behind the property. The road-facing elevation is largely solid, limiting views into the house, while sand-coloured plaster covers the exterior.

Some sections face enclosed courtyards. The southern and eastern elevations have floor-to-ceiling glazing, shaded by deep roof overhangs.
The interiors have 10ft ceilings and open-plan living areas.
Travertine runs from the interiors onto the terraces
Interior design studio Montes worked with Hidden Rock on the rooms.
Travertine runs from the main living spaces onto the terraces. Other finishes include hand-applied cementitious plaster, rift-sawn white oak and antique brass.

A custom gas fireplace in the living room is built around a locally sourced stone weighing 12,000lb.

The house has a private office, gym, eight-person Finnish sauna and media room. A 50ft swimming pool lies outside.
