A house in Granite Ridge where residents can ski home from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is heading to auction in October. Completed in 2024, the six-bedroom property has a vaulted great room and outdoor spaces arranged for use through the Wyoming winter.
The 6,414ft2 residence at 7750 North Lower Granite Ridge Road is listed for $19.99m. Concierge Auctions, a luxury property auction house, will conduct the sale in cooperation with Jake Kilgrow of real estate brokerage Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty. Online bidding is scheduled to open on 22 October.

Ward/Blake Architects, a Jackson Hole architecture practice, designed the house in conjunction with The Jackson Home Company, a residential developer and design firm. New West Building Company, a local construction firm, built it.
Four ensuite guest bedrooms are on the main level. Upstairs are the primary suite, a junior suite and an office that opens onto a roof terrace. A media room, wet bar, wine room, sauna and gym occupy the lower level.

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring light into the great room. Wide-plank oak flooring runs through the house, while the rear patio has a built-in hot tub, a gas fire feature and an outdoor grill.

Snow-melt heating serves the entrance walkway and paths to the hot tub and grill.
The property backs onto public land, with ski-in access from the resort.
