Vistaero, a newly built estate on approximately five acres in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community, is pending sale for $12.4m after bidding culminated as part of an auction event in New York City.

The French Mediterranean-inspired property found a buyer following 47 days of auction marketing, according to luxury real estate auction house Concierge Auctions. The transaction has not yet closed.

Bidding culminated during the company’s America 250 sale at The Dominick in New York. Concierge Auctions conducted the sale in cooperation with David Newcombe of the MacLean Newcombe Group and co-listing agent Heather Gagne, both of real estate brokerage Compass Arizona.

Garage provides space for up to 18 vehicles

The oversized garage can accommodate as many as 18 vehicles. It could also be adapted for recreational use, with an indoor pickleball court cited as one possibility.

Outside, the estate has a resort-style swimming pool and spa, expansive terraces, and several open-air living areas.
