Visitt, a provider of AI-based property operations software, is rolling out its technology across more than 300 commercial properties managed by BGO Properties in Canada.
The rollout began in June 2026 and covers 46 million sq ft of assets in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. BGO Properties, the Canadian property management and leasing division of BentallGreenOak, will use the software for maintenance, work orders, equipment management, vendor oversight, compliance and tenant services.
AI tools to manage maintenance and work orders
Visitt’s software includes work-order intelligence, preventive and predictive maintenance and equipment lifecycle management. These functions are intended to help property teams identify maintenance requirements earlier and keep equipment information available throughout an asset’s working life.
BGO Properties will also use the system to standardise processes across its portfolio, including the assignment and monitoring of work orders and the coordination of external vendors. The company expects the change to improve compliance with service-level agreements and provide greater consistency between properties.
Visitt has developed AI agents for tasks such as tracking insurance certificates, following up with vendors, identifying recurring maintenance issues and sending routine tenant updates.
BGO Properties seeks to lower operating costs and improve tenant satisfaction through the deployment. Neither company has disclosed savings targets or other performance measures.
Platform supports multilingual property operations

Visitt said its software had been tailored for bilingual operations in Canada, including markets where property teams and tenants may prefer different languages.
The company also offers Live Translate, a function that automatically detects and translates messages within work orders. Messages are displayed in each recipient’s default language, with the original retained for reference. Visitt announced the feature in December 2025.
BGO rollout follows Visitt’s $22 million funding round
The deployment follows a $22 million Series B funding round completed by Visitt in January 2026. Susquehanna Growth Equity led the investment, with participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield and Sarona Ventures.
Visitt reported more than 150 customers at the time. It also said the total floor area managed using its software had grown by over 900% during 2025.
BGO Properties had more than 450 commercial and residential properties totalling over 68 million sq ft under management at the end of 2025. The 46 million sq ft covered by the Visitt rollout is equivalent to about two-thirds of that floor area, although the deployment applies specifically to commercial properties.
