As branded residences continue to reshape the upper end of Asia’s resort property market, a new ultra-luxury development planned for Phuket’s western coastline is set to bring the SLS brand into Thailand’s residential sector for the first time.
Raimon Land, the Thai developer focused on luxury and ultra-luxury real estate, has signed an agreement with Ennismore, the lifestyle hospitality group behind brands including SLS and Mondrian, to launch SLS Residences Phuket Kamala on Phuket’s Millionaire’s Mile.
Located along Kamala’s coastline overlooking the Andaman Sea, the standalone branded residential project is expected to open in 2029 and will comprise 13 villas, each typically offering about 2,200m2 of indoor and outdoor living space. Prices are set to start from $6.9m.

The development is planned around a low-density layout intended to maximise privacy, elevation, and uninterrupted sea views, reinforcing Phuket’s growing position within the global luxury residential market.

The project will include a residents’ clubhouse with lounge areas, a restaurant, terrace bar, wellness facilities, spa spaces, fitness amenities, and a resort-style swimming pool.
According to the companies, the residences are being conceptually designed by internationally recognised architects, with an approach intended to integrate the built environment with the surrounding coastal landscape.
The launch also marks a continued expansion of hospitality-led residential projects across resort destinations, where developers and hotel operators are increasingly targeting buyers seeking long-term lifestyle-oriented ownership rather than traditional holiday accommodation.
“This partnership represents an exciting step forward for Raimon Land as we continue to expand our branded residential portfolio,” said Korn Narongdej, chairman of the executive committee and director of Raimon Land.
He added that Phuket remains one of the world’s most desirable destinations and said the company believes the collaboration will introduce a distinct new offering to the market.

Ennismore expands branded residences footprint in Asia
For Ennismore, the Phuket project forms part of a broader expansion strategy within branded residences, as hospitality groups continue to extend lifestyle brands into residential property markets.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Raimon Land on this exceptional project,” said Sylvain Pasdeloup, chief operating officer, APAC, at Ennismore.
“Through SLS Residences, we aim to bring our signature lifestyle-driven approach to one of the region’s most compelling resort destinations,” he said.
The development will be supported by Accor One Living, the residential platform linked to Accor’s mixed-use and branded residential operations. Owners are also expected to receive access to benefits connected to the ALL Accor loyalty programme across Accor and Ennismore properties globally.
Ennismore’s branded residential pipeline currently includes projects such as SLS Madrid Infantas Residences, Mondrian Gold Coast Australia, and SLS Residences at Palm Jumeirah, reflecting continued demand for design-led residential developments linked to hospitality brands across international luxury markets.
Branded residences have become one of the fastest-growing segments within global luxury real estate, with Phuket emerging as a major market in Asia-Pacific as international buyers increasingly favour hospitality-linked homes offering services, management, and lifestyle amenities. Industry reports indicate branded residences typically command significant premiums over comparable non-branded properties.
