Abu Dhabi property developer Royal Development has launched Phase Two of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island, adding 437 furnished homes to the waterfront project.
The phase comprises the final tower of the three-tower development, which is the world’s first standalone Radisson Residences. Its unit mix will include studios and one-bedroom apartments, along with a limited number of two-bedroom townhouses.
The homes will be delivered furnished and are intended to be rental-ready upon handover. The first phase of the project was sold out within 24 hours of its launch.

Three-tower development to comprise 925 homes
Radisson Residences Al Reem Island will contain 925 homes across 158,770m² of built-up space. The development will offer studios, one to three-bedroom apartments and two and four-bedroom townhouses, along with retail space.
Each tower will have a promenade level, ground floor, four podium levels, an amenities floor and 24 residential floors.
Shared waterfront podium will connect the towers
A shared podium will connect the towers and accommodate landscaped areas, fitness and wellness facilities, retail and dining uses.
The development is planned in the City of Lights district of Al Reem Island, overlooking Abu Dhabi’s mangroves and with access to Reem Central Park. Other facilities will include waterfront trails, landscaped courtyards, communal lounges and a pool deck.

Panoramic glazing and private terraces will provide views across the water and surrounding greenery. Timber, coastal tones and textured finishes will be used throughout the interiors. The third tower will follow the design theme established for the development.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Radisson Hotel Group, an international hotel operator.
Royal Development Holding is a subsidiary of ADX-listed Emirates Stallions Group.
