French hospitality group Accor and CITYVIEW Developments, a Dubai-based developer specialising in premium and luxury housing, have signed an agreement for a mixed-use development with 282 Pullman-branded residences and offices for sale in Meydan Horizon.
Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan is scheduled to open in 2029. The agreement was announced at Future Hospitality Summit World in Dubai.
The project will offer one to four-bedroom homes alongside what Accor describes as its first branded offices for sale globally.

Accor One Living, the group’s platform for developing, designing and operating mixed-use projects and branded residential communities, will support the development.
Planned amenities include meeting and event spaces, a screening room, games room, outdoor children’s area and padel court. Three food and drink concepts are also planned, together with fitness and wellness facilities.
Homeowners will have access to the Accor Owner Benefits Programme, which provides privileges at participating hotels and resorts worldwide.

The site is in Meydan Horizon, near Downtown Dubai and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The project will offer views towards the sanctuary and Burj Khalifa.

Accor already has experience in office rentals and coworking. In July 2017, it established a joint venture with Bouygues Immobilier, a French property developer, for the coworking business Nextdoor. Renamed Wojo in March 2019, the business offered shared workspaces, meeting rooms and dedicated offices for rent.

At Meydan, the offices will be offered for sale under the Pullman brand.
“The signing of Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan is a proud milestone as we introduce Accor’s first branded offices for sale globally, extending our hospitality expertise into a new commercial real estate segment,” said Camil Yazbeck, Accor’s global chief development officer for its Premium, Midscale and Economy division.
CITYVIEW also intends to incorporate AI-driven solutions into the offices.

The companies’ partnership also includes Hyde Residences Dubai Hills, Hyde Hotel Bodrum in Türkiye and two hotels in Tbilisi, Georgia: ibis Styles Tbilisi Center and Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel.
