Pacific Century Premium Developments (PCPD), a Hong Kong-listed property developer and resort operator, and global hospitality company Hyatt Hotels have announced the first collection of Park Hyatt-branded villas in Japan.
Located at Niseko Hanazono in Hokkaido, Japan, the development will comprise 13 private villas designed by architect Kengo Kuma, with interiors by André Fu.

The villas will be managed and serviced by the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono team. They will join the existing Park Hyatt residences at the resort.
One Hanazono Villas will have four to six bedrooms
The villas will range from approximately 700m2 to 1,000m2, with four to six en-suite bedrooms and large living and dining areas. Private driveways and gardens are also planned.

Most of the homes will have panoramic views of Mount Yotei. Two furnished show villas are scheduled for completion during winter 2026–27.

Owners will have exclusive access to a private clubhouse with a lounge and ski-in, ski-out connections to the slopes.
Project follows 113 Park Hyatt residences at Hanazono
PCPD completed 113 Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono residences during the 2019–20 winter season. They were the first Park Hyatt-branded residences in Japan.
By July 2025, 111 of the residences had been sold or reserved. The resort also contains the 100-room Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono hotel, including 28 suites, which opened in 2020.
The new scheme introduces a limited collection of individually separated homes managed and serviced by the hotel team.

PCPD develops its Niseko Hanazono portfolio
PCPD owns and operates Niseko Hanazono Resort, one of the four resorts that make up Niseko United on Mount Niseko Annupuri.
Winter operations include ski lifts, equipment rental, a ski school and snowmobile tours. During summer, the resort offers golf, rafting, e-bikes, tree trekking, ziplining and the Mountain Lights outdoor art installation.
