Two residential towers in Downtown Bellevue have been rebranded under the Nobu name, marking the luxury lifestyle brand’s first completed branded residences in the US.

The move brings a completed residential project into Nobu Hospitality’s global portfolio, extending its presence beyond hospitality into home ownership in a major US urban market.

The development consists of two luxury residential towers located in Downtown Bellevue, Washington. The buildings, now branded as Nobu Bellevue Residences, form part of a mixed-use scheme spanning an entire city block. The project includes 365 luxury condominiums, with residences already available for immediate occupancy.

The repositioning introduces Nobu-branded residential identity to the property, alongside curated retail, dining, and hospitality-oriented amenities. A Nobu restaurant is also planned within the development, with opening anticipated in 2027.

The project is owned by Silverstein Properties, while Polaris Pacific has been appointed as sales agent.

The residences are part of Nobu’s broader expansion across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, where the brand continues to extend its model beyond hotels into residential living environments.

The residences draw on Nobu’s design philosophy, which combines Japanese minimalism with natural textures influenced by the Pacific Northwest. The homes offer views across Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and the Olympic Mountains.

Located in Downtown Bellevue, the project is part of a growing residential market with rising demand for luxury condominiums.
