Mitsubishi Estate’s Two Sudirman Jakarta aims to attract Japanese investors

Mitsubishi Estate’s flagship mixed-use project, Two Sudirman Jakarta, aims to attract Japanese investors through an exclusive partnership with Singapore-based international real estate sales company, Property Access. The agreement provides Japanese buyers with early access to one of Jakarta’s most anticipated luxury projects, combining a 70-storey residential tower and a 77-storey commercial tower in the heart of the city’s central business district.

Mitsubishi Estate’s reputation as a global developer, along with Two Sudirman’s prime Sudirman Street location, large-scale luxury design, and world-class amenities, positions the project as a highly attractive opportunity for Japanese investors seeking premium overseas real estate.

Two Sudirman Private Residences is Mitsubishi Estate’s largest-scale development in Indonesia and is set to become a new landmark in Jakarta’s skyline. The development spans a 33,000m² (355,208ft2) site directly on Sudirman Street and features residential, commercial, office, retail, and hospitality components, including the Andaz Jakarta Sudirman hotel, the first of its kind in the city.

The residential tower will house 363 premium units across approximately 108,000m², while the commercial tower will include approximately 82,000m² of office space, 42,000m² of hotel and serviced apartments, and 38,000m² of retail space. Construction is in progress, with completion planned for late 2028 and delivery in early 2029.

The project benefits from exceptional connectivity, with the MRT, LRT, airport rail link, and bus stops all within walking distance. Mitsubishi Estate has engaged an international team of consultants, including US-based NBBJ for architecture, Japan-based Super Potato for interiors, Arup for structural engineering, Singapore-based Inhabit for façade, Thailand-based TROP for landscape, and Singapore-based Surbana Jurong for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP).

The exclusive partnership leverages Property Access’ extensive experience and network across Southeast Asia, Japan, and other international markets.

Mitsubishi Estates aims to provide high-quality finishes, and large-scale luxury amenities such as sky lounges, gyms, and landscaped common areas in the project.
