Marygold Studio, a property visualisation and creative agency based in London, has established an office in Dubai after two years of working with developers and architects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Registered as MARYGOLD CREATIVE AGENCY FZCO at the IFZA Free Zone, it is the studio’s second office after London. The Dubai operation will handle client relationships and business development in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, while production will remain in London.
Founded in 2021, Marygold Studio has completed more than 300 projects for over 65 clients. Its services include 3D property visualisation, architectural films, social media content, virtual walkthroughs, branding, and campaign material for property launches.

Interactive tools for property sales
The studio also creates what it calls digital twins for completed and off-plan properties. Each interactive environment can contain project renders, an apartment selector, floor plans, virtual tours, maps, sun studies, construction-stage information, brochures, and unit comparison tools.
They are designed to collect the material used to market and sell a development in one digital location. According to Marygold, the same format can be used for homes offered on the secondary market.
Developers can also commission still images, films, branding, launch materials, and social media content as part of the same project.
Dubai portfolio includes Oak Yard and House of Well
Marygold Studio’s completed work in Dubai includes Oak Yard, a 19-storey residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle developed by One Yard, with architecture by Archimatika, an architecture and urban design practice.
It has also worked on House of Well, a wellness-focused residential project on Dubai Islands by real estate company Well Concept Developers. The project was designed by Da Vinchi Group, an architecture and design firm.
For both developments, Marygold produced CGI packages, digital twins, marketing films, and social media content.
Outside the GCC, the studio has completed projects in the UK, the US, Spain, and Portugal, and identifies North America and Poland among its active markets.
