Luxer One, a provider of package management technology for multifamily properties, has expanded into access control with the launch of Luxer Access, a platform for building entry, resident and visitor access, amenity spaces, and related property operations.
The launch broadens Luxer One’s business beyond the package management systems that established its presence in the multifamily housing sector. The company will handle access projects from specification and installation through to resident onboarding and ongoing support, including the hardware and software involved.
Luxer Access was introduced at Apartmentalize 2026 in New Orleans, USA.
Luxer Access combines building and resident entry
Luxer Access manages entry for residents, visitors and staff, as well as access to buildings, common areas and amenities. It also includes secure package collection and related property workflows.
The system brings together hardware, software, and integrations, according to Luxer One. It supports connections with property management systems and other technology providers, while property teams can monitor access and operations across a community.
Luxer One’s in-house teams will oversee project management and implementation through to go-live. Luxer One will also provide training for property and maintenance staff.
The company says residents, property teams and maintenance staff will have access to support 24/7. It reports 99.9% uptime and a Net Promoter Score of 87.
Luxer One moves beyond package management
Luxer One says its technology serves more than 12,000 properties and has processed more than 560 million resident delivery transactions.
That figure follows several earlier milestones. The company reported reaching 400 million package deliveries in 2024, then its 500 millionth delivery in October 2025.
Luxer One has been part of ASSA ABLOY since 2018, when the access solutions group acquired the US package locker business. ASSA ABLOY said the acquisition strengthened its position in home delivery solutions and created opportunities across education and commercial properties.
The deal brought Luxer One into a group whose activities include access control, identification technology and entrance automation.
Luxer Access extends the ASSA ABLOY relationship
Luxer Access combines Luxer One’s experience in multifamily property technology with the access-solutions capabilities of its parent company, ASSA ABLOY.
The offering can manage building entry, resident and visitor access, amenities, and package collection, along with installation and support.
Luxer One president Josh Middlebrooks described Luxer Access as an extension of the company’s work with property managers and regional operators, as multifamily communities adopt more connected technology.
Luxer One will remain involved after installation, handling resident onboarding, staff training, technical support and ongoing management.
