Designer Villas in Spain, a residential developer with more than two decades of experience in Marbella’s luxury property sector, has entered an investment partnership with JTA International Investment Holding for a planned 100-home residential development in Marbella.

Under the agreement, signed in London, JTA will provide investment capital for the project, marking the international investment holding company’s entry into Spain’s luxury property market.
Designer Villas in Spain will oversee local development, project execution, design coordination, construction supervision, and final delivery.
The development will comprise luxury villas and homes described by the companies as “signature mansions”. Its precise location, development value, and design team have not been disclosed.
First 30 homes planned across three phases
The project will be delivered in phases, with the first three comprising a total of 30 residences.
The residences are planned as an integrated community with a consistent architectural identity and a long-term master development strategy. No details have yet been provided about the number of homes in each phase, the proposed amenities, or the specifications of the residences.
Dr Amir Ali Salemi Zadeh, chief executive of JTA International Investment Holding, said the partnership reflected the company’s confidence in Marbella and its interest in projects offering long-term value.
Herbert Pummer, JTA’s country manager in Spain, said the investment reflected the group’s long-term confidence in the Spanish market.
Construction awaits regulatory approvals
Construction is expected to begin after the remaining regulatory approvals and legal procedures have been completed. The companies have not disclosed a start date, completion programme, or details of the outstanding approvals.
Further announcements about the progress of each phase are expected in due course.
