Buy a home, launch a business: ENTA Mina introduces a new residential model in Ras Al Khaimah

In Ras Al Khaimah, a waterfront apartment purchase now includes more than residential ownership.

ENTA Mina, the debut residential development from UAE-based developer ENTA, has partnered with Innovation City, an AI-focused free zone operator in Ras Al Khaimah, to integrate business registration into the homebuying process. Under the arrangement, buyers at ENTA Mina will receive a trade licence and investor visa as part of the same transaction used to complete the property purchase.

The move reflects a growing overlap between residential real estate, flexible work infrastructure, and entrepreneur-focused residency models emerging across the Gulf region.

Located on Hayat Island, ENTA Mina comprises 120 waterfront residences designed around a live-work lifestyle model. Alongside residential amenities including wellness facilities, shared lounges, a library, pools, and a waterfront promenade, the project also incorporates co-working access and workspace facilities linked to the broader ENTA masterplan.

Residential ownership and business setup merge in a single transaction

Traditionally, establishing a business presence in the UAE and purchasing residential property have involved separate administrative processes. The partnership between ENTA Mina and Innovation City combines those steps into a single purchase flow.

According to the companies, buyers will receive a trade licence granting access to more than 1,500 approved business activities across sectors such as AI, gaming, robotics, healthtech, and Web3. The package also includes residency and operational rights through an investor visa structure.

Innovation City said the initiative forms part of a wider effort to position Ras Al Khaimah as a destination for entrepreneurs, founders, and internationally mobile professionals seeking integrated living and business infrastructure.

The companies also stated that buyers would gain access to Innovation City’s headquarters and collaborative workspace network within the free zone ecosystem.

ENTA founder Bass Ackermann said the residential model was designed for buyers who operate across business and creative sectors, adding that the partnership aimed to combine residential ownership with immediate access to business infrastructure.

Alongside the business registration component, the development also includes blockchain-based digital identity verification infrastructure intended to support cross-border authentication and business operations.
