Construction of the first two waterfront villas and 24 branded apartments at Elounda Hills in Crete, Greece, is scheduled to begin in October 2026, following a contract awarded by developer Mirum Hellas to construction company Domiki Kritis.

Domiki Kritis disclosed the award on 11 September, stating that Mirum had assigned the first section of the project on 03 September. The contract is worth €6.4m excluding VAT and covers excavation, concrete structural frames and embedded mechanical and electrical services for the apartments and two villas.

The contract follows an earlier agreement involving Domiki Kritis in planning the works.
