Capturing accurate data on-site has long been a challenge for restoration professionals and project teams. DocuSketch, a software company specialising in workflow automation and 360° field documentation, has introduced 360AI, a platform capability designed to automate key steps in the workflow by transforming field capture into floor plans, structured scope documentation, and estimates before technicians leave the site.
360AI builds on DocuSketch’s 360° capture technology, which has already set a standard for immersive documentation. With the new platform, images captured in the field are converted directly into mitigation-caliber floor plans, eliminating the need for separate sketching tools.

Voice-driven notes are also automatically transformed into structured scope items, with support for industry-specific terminology and bilingual documentation. AI-powered mapping then generates estimates on site, complete with confidence indicators. All outputs are carrier-compliant, with an audit trail linking each estimate line back through the scope to the original field data.
Integrating the full workflow
The platform is designed to connect the entire restoration workflow, from field capture to estimates ready for submission. Estimates are compatible with ESX/Xactimate workflows, allowing seamless submission to carriers along with complete supporting documentation.
The process is intended to reduce delays, improve transparency, and support defensible outputs. DocuSketch says the automation of these steps allows restoration professionals, carriers, and homeowners to access reliable information faster, helping claims and payments move more efficiently.
ESX and Xactimate are widely used software platforms in the insurance and restoration industries that standardise claims documentation, cost estimating, and reporting, making integration with DocuSketch 360AI practical and carrier-ready.
Early access and broader adoption
Early access to 360AI is now available for restoration professionals to participate in the beta program and provide feedback ahead of a wider rollout scheduled for May 2026.
DocuSketch serves a user base of over 30,000 restoration professionals, including eight of the ten largest restoration franchises. With the introduction of 360AI, the company extends its workflow automation capabilities, building on its established tools for immersive 360° documentation, technology-enhanced sketching and scoping, and insurance-compliant estimate generation.
