London-listed luxury real estate developer Dar Global has unveiled Azure Oceanfront Villas, a new collection of branded ultra-luxury homes at its AIDA masterplan in Muscat, together with luxury Italian interior design brand, FENDI Casa.
The launch introduces 19 oceanfront mansions with interiors by FENDI Casa to the AIDA mixed-use development, adding a new branded residential offering to one of the Sultanate’s largest luxury communities.
The project marks the first residential collaboration between Dar Global and FENDI Casa, while introducing the luxury Italian design brand to Oman’s residential property market.
The villas overlook the Arabian Sea and offer direct beach access. Each residence includes a private outdoor swimming pool and fitness space.
The AIDA development is a gated mixed-use community spanning more than 4.3 million square metres. Built on a 130-metre-high cliff overlooking Oman’s coastline, the masterplan combines residential neighbourhoods with hospitality, leisure, and recreational facilities, including hotels, an 18-hole golf course, a members’ club, villas, and apartments.
According to Dar Global, the launch responds to growing demand for branded luxury residences in Oman, where government initiatives and increasing international investment continue to shape the country’s premium real estate sector.
Commenting on the launch, Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said the collaboration with FENDI Casa brings internationally recognised Italian design to AIDA while further strengthening the development’s position within Oman’s evolving luxury residential market.
