Binghatti, a Dubai-based real estate developer known for its mid-rise residential towers with distinctive façades, has unveiled Binghatti Wraith, a 19-storey residential building in Al Jaddaf.
The project is located in Al Jaddaf, between Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Creek area, where residential development has increased in recent years.
Residential mix spans studios to three-bedroom layouts
Binghatti Wraith comprises studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, along with Royal Suites and ground-floor retail space. The building is structured across a ground level, four podium floors, 14 residential floors, and a roof.
Unit sizes and pricing have been released as part of the project information. Studios measure 341ft2 and start from AED 799,000. One-bedroom apartments begin at 662ft2, priced from AED 1.29m. Two-bedroom units are offered in two layouts, measuring 1,122ft2 at AED 2.09m and 1,884ft2 at AED 2.49m. Three-bedroom apartments extend up to 2,563ft2, with prices starting from AED 3.49m.
The tower features a geometric façade with floor-to-ceiling glazing, with design references to crystalline forms and framed views towards Dubai Creek and the Downtown skyline.
Location connects Al Jaddaf to key city districts
The project is located in Al Jaddaf, a district that has gradually shifted towards residential use while sitting between major urban zones. Downtown Dubai is around six minutes away, while Dubai International Airport is eight minutes from the site. Zabeel Palace and DIFC are both within roughly a 10-minute drive.
The location is also connected through Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), Al Khail Road (E44), and the Oud Metha corridor, along with metro access and road-based transport options such as taxis and ride-hailing services. Nearby destinations include Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Design District (D3), and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
Amenities extend across wellness, recreation, and family spaces
Binghatti Wraith includes a total of 28 amenities covering wellness and recreation. These include an infinity pool, jacuzzi, private cabanas, spa and wellness areas, a gym, fitness centre, yoga deck, padel court, and half basketball court.
Other amenities include landscaped gardens, a palm promenade, barbecue areas, children’s play spaces, social gathering zones, and EV charging facilities.
