Nobu Hospitality has launched 619 Brickell in Miami, its first residential project in the city. The 75-storey waterfront development is located along Brickell Avenue, overlooking Biscayne Bay, and brings 296 residences into one of Miami’s most established urban waterfront districts. It is being developed by 13th Floor Investments, a South Florida real estate investment and development firm, together with Key International, a long-established developer active across residential and mixed-use projects in the region.

Located within walking distance of Brickell City Centre and the wider downtown core, the residences offer long-range views across the bay and surrounding islands. They are designed with floor-to-ceiling glazing and open layouts emphasise light and outlook.

Unit types range from one to five-bedroom homes, including duplex penthouses, townhouse-style residences, and sky villas, each planned to take advantage of the building’s waterfront orientation.

The development adopts a hospitality-led approach through Nobu Hospitality’s involvement in everyday services. This includes in-residence dining, curated food-and-beverage service in shared areas, and dedicated concierge support. A full-scale Nobu restaurant is also planned at ground level, along with a waterfront bar and terrace that opens towards Biscayne Bay.

Around 90,000ft2 of shared amenities are distributed throughout the building, covering wellness, leisure, and social spaces. These include spa facilities, a fitness centre overlooking the water, and a rooftop level with a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and courts for padel and pickleball. Additional lounges and outdoor terraces are placed across different levels of the tower, offering quieter shared spaces alongside more active areas.

At street level, the arrival experience is divided between residents and visitors, with landscaped drop-offs and water features introducing a more sheltered transition from the city. The setting reinforces the project’s focus on privacy within a dense urban environment.

Scheduled for completion in 2030, residences at 619 Brickell are priced from $2.3m.
