Sabina, a low‑density residential villa estate on Ibiza’s western coast, has reached another milestone with the completion of Phase 2.
Conceived as a curated collection of architect‑designed homes set within a protected natural landscape, the estate spans 17 hectares of coastal terrain where large plots are scarce and planning sensitivity shapes development as much as market demand.
A multi‑architect estate

Sabina comprises 50 villas delivered in phases, each individually designed by internationally recognised architects. Chapman Taylor acts as executive architect, responsible for technical design development, BIM‑led integration, and coordination across multiple design teams.

Together, the villas are united by a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability and understated luxury, positioning Sabina among the Mediterranean’s most distinctive estates.

Landscape‑led planning
The masterplan responds to Ibiza’s western topography, placing villas according to slope, orientation and views towards the Mediterranean. Rather than a rigid grid, the arrangement is low‑density, with homes shaped by their immediate surroundings.

Pergolas, shaded courtyards and landscaped gardens integrate architecture with terrain, creating seamless indoor and outdoor living. Villas are framed by white columns and timber pergolas, softened by flowering vines and lavender beds, with pools reflecting both architecture and landscape.

Interiors and shared amenities

Villa sizes range from approximately 510m2 to more than 2,000m2. Interiors employ a restrained palette of raw timber furnishings, linen textiles, straw and rattan, favouring tactile natural finishes over polished surfaces.

Spaces feature exposed wooden beams, woven pendant lights, stone floors and cream upholstery. Living areas open through sliding glass walls to terraces and pools, while outdoor kitchens, shaded dining areas and lounge terraces extend domestic life into the landscape.

Some villas emphasise minimalist geometry and natural light, while others incorporate eclectic interiors with curated shelving, patterned textiles and art pieces.

Shared facilities include a clubhouse, wellness temple, gym, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, theatre and restaurant. These elements place Sabina between a private villa collection and a serviced residential environment, a residential and hospitality hybrid.
Built for ecological living

Water recycling systems and ground‑source energy solutions are integrated into the estate, with the project pursuing BREEAM accreditation.

Sabina is advancing as a prototype for ecologically responsive ultra‑prime living, combining independent architectural authorship with a coordinated masterplan shaped over time across multiple design inputs.
