The Watermark has begun welcoming residents to its completed beachfront development on Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach, marking the completion of a 51-residence project on one of the Caribbean’s best-known beachfront locations.
Developed by Watermark Limited, a Cayman Islands luxury residential developer led by Fraser Wellon, the 10-storey luxury condominium project comprises a collection of grand residences and penthouses overlooking Seven Mile Beach. Residents are now moving into the completed development, which combines private homes with hospitality services and a dedicated wellness facility.

Residences at The Watermark have been publicly marketed from approximately $5m, with The Pearl penthouse listed at more than $43.8m, placing the development within the Cayman Islands’ ultra-prime residential market.
Wellness offering forms part of the residential experience
The development includes Meraki Wellness, a 16,000ft2 facility created by Shula and Peter Clarke. The facility offers personalised wellness programmes, treatments, and recovery services for residents.

It also offers concierge and butler services, private dining rooms, a cinema, a boardroom, a library lounge, and a fitness studio. Residents have access to chef-led dining experiences and in-residence culinary services, while a fine dining restaurant is planned as a future addition to the property.

Facilities also include an oceanfront lounge, an owner-exclusive oenotheque, valet services, chauffeured property vehicles, and a range of shared social and meeting spaces.

Architecture and construction teams deliver the beachfront project
The architectural design was led by RAD Architecture, a Miami-based boutique architecture practice, in collaboration with MJM Design Studio, an architecture and interior design firm based in the Cayman Islands.

Construction was delivered by Arch & Godfrey, a local construction company.
