FacilGo, an AI-enabled property maintenance and renovation platform, has launched FacilGo Concierge, a new product focused on maintenance workflows, inspections, work orders, and supplier coordination.
The software introduces a conversational interface through which property managers, maintenance teams, and residents can interact with maintenance systems, request information, review activity, and obtain recommendations without relying on multiple reports or software tools.
FacilGo Concierge can convert videos into inspection reports or service requests, identify suppliers for specific jobs, automatically schedule and assign work orders, and flag maintenance requests that may qualify for service warranty coverage.
The software also provides maintenance summaries and performance insights through both dashboard and conversational interfaces.
According to FacilGo, the system can analyse maintenance data, identify recurring issues, and generate recommendations based on activity across a property portfolio.
FacilGo is making Concierge available to users of Rent Manager, a property management software provider, through a partnership between the two companies.
The integration allows Rent Manager customers to access Concierge capabilities within their existing maintenance workflows. Users can review open work orders.
