High above the Williamsburg waterfront, a new penthouse listing at One Domino Square brings one of Brooklyn’s most elevated residential homes to market.

Penthouse 1B, listed for $7.7 million, crowns the Annabelle Selldorf-designed tower overlooking Domino Park and the East River. The duplex is the tallest penthouse in Williamsburg and along the Brooklyn waterfront, with long views across Lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges.

The home spans 2,714ft² across two levels with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in changing light throughout the day, while a 674ft² private terrace extends the upper level outward towards the Manhattan skyline.

One Domino Square is a waterfront residential development on the Williamsburg waterfront, set directly above Domino Park and the East River.

One Domino Square was developed by Two Trees Management, the Brooklyn-based developer behind the transformation of the Domino waterfront, alongside projects across DUMBO, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn Heights.

The tower’s iridescent porcelain façade shifts with daylight, taking on a different character as conditions change across the East River.

Across the building, filtered fresh air systems, induction cooktops that remove indoor gas use, and heat recovery systems reflect a broader focus on healthier internal environments.

The residence unfolds across two levels, with the upper floor designed as a more private living layer within the home. It is anchored by a primary suite with a den, wet bar, and direct access to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom sits behind full-height glazing, with a freestanding soaking tub positioned to take in uninterrupted river and skyline views.

White oak flooring runs through the residence beneath ceilings reaching up to 11ft, while oversized operable windows open the interiors fully towards the waterfront. Kitchens are finished in two custom palettes curated by Annabelle Selldorf and fitted with integrated Gaggenau appliances.

Waterfront living extends beyond the residence

Outside the building, Domino Park extends along the waterfront with landscaped walkways, open lawns, playgrounds, volleyball courts, dog runs, and seating areas overlooking the river. Adjacent to the park, Domino Square hosts outdoor markets, film screenings, cultural programming, and winter ice skating against the Manhattan skyline.

Residents also have access to more than 45,000ft² of amenities across five floors, centred around wellness, social life, and everyday living. An indoor aquatics centre includes a lap pool, hydrotherapy spa pool, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room, alongside a heated outdoor pool overlooking Domino Park and Manhattan.

Additional spaces include fitness and yoga studios, spa treatment rooms, landscaped terraces, lounges, private dining areas, and a golf simulator.

The wider development also involved collaboration with Dencityworks, the New York design studio specialising in large-scale urban projects.
